About the role

As the Engineering Uplift Program Manager you are responsible for creating alignment and a clear delivery pathway within a complex global tech environment, empowering leaders across Betting Product Technology to execute with confidence.

You will own the program scope, governance, and delivery approach, ensuring all stakeholders, including global partners and the inner sourcing community, are engaged and aligned. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively prioritise outcomes based on business criticality and risk reduction, while creating transparency, building trust, and securing buy-in at all levels of the organisation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Establish and gain agreement on the scope of work, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Lead program governance, including the engagement and management of senior and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability
  • Design and implement fit-for-purpose program structures, delivery methodologies, and reporting mechanisms
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, managing interdependencies, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on delivery
  • Ensure long-term program success by establishing a clearly defined future state, with global alignment and an agreed delivery & governance approach, prior to program closure.
