About the Role
We are seeking a Reporting Analyst with proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards to create reporting solutions that measure flow metrics, monitor delivery performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the software development life cycle. In this role you will support and optimise product delivery through data-driven insights, and your work will empower delivery teams and leadership to make informed decisions that ensure successful outcomes.
About You
The successful candidate will have experiences relating to the below:
- Prior role(s) supporting delivery teams, Agile transformations, or product operations through reporting and analytics.
- Experience building intuitive, effective EazyBI dashboards, including using MDX formulas, creating custom calculations, and designing user-friendly visualisations that clearly communicate flow health.
- Data analysis and interpretation: ability to dive deep into complex Jira data, extract meaningful patterns, and turn them into actionable delivery insights – not just report numbers but explain what they mean for the business.
- Flow metrics expertise: strong understanding of flow-based delivery metrics (cycle time, lead time WIP etc.) and how they apply to Agile, Lean, and Kanban delivery models.
- Communication and storytelling with data: skill in presenting complex information in a way that is simple, visual, and influential – tailoring the message for difference audiences (team members, leadership, executives).
- Continuous improvement mindset: a passion for spotting inefficiencies and using data-driven insights to drive sustainable delivery improvements, while helping foster a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Deep familiarity with Jira project configurations, workflows, custom fields, and issue hierarchies, and experience working with Agile boards, backlogs and sprints.
