Job Duties

• Ensuring smooth operations, assisting in IT service management processes, and coordinating with technical teams to meet user requirements.

• Plan and deliver IT infrastructure to achieve customer and business objectives.

• Prepare IT cost estimates for tender submissions.

• To administer compliance and certification of IT management system policies, procedures and licenses in order to ensure local and regulatory control is in effect.

• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships.

• Providing support for the mobilization and demobilization of projects for all IT infrastructure and systems related requirements.

• Contribute to the effectiveness of the IT infrastructure and services function.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree related to Information Technology and Business Qualification or relevant experience
• Candidate must have at least 8+ years and above on ICT service delivery and IT project management
• Candidate with vendor certifications such as CITPM, PMP, ITSM or Foundation Certificate in ITIL will be an added advantage.
• Experience with budget management.
• Proficiency in IT project management and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
