Job Duties:

1. 24/7 IT Systems Monitoring & Management
   1. Oversee critical IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure seamless operations.
   2. Proactively monitor for system health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.
   3. Respond swiftly to system alerts, ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical operations.
2. Incident & Problem Management
   1. Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
   2. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and document solutions for future reference.
   3. Lead recovery actions during high-severity incidents, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
3. System Maintenance & Process Optimization
   1. Manage regular patch updates, system upgrades, and security compliance to ensure IT robustness.
   2. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
   3. Automate monitoring, reporting, and routine tasks to drive productivity.
4. IT Operations Reporting & Documentation
   1. Prepare detailed operational reports on system performance, incident trends, and resolution metrics.
   2. Maintain comprehensive documentation for standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
   1. Identify opportunities to enhance monitoring capabilities using the latest tools and technologies.
   2. Support and drive IT initiatives that align with PSA's goals for digital transformation and innovation.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must:

1. Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
2. Be willing to work in a shift-based environment.
3. Have at least 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or related fields.
4. Be competent in Linux/Windows OS administration. Possession of system virtualization skillset is a plus.
5. Be familiar with system monitoring tools and incident management frameworks.
