Job Description:

• Overall in charge of ship and warehouse operation.
• Monitor the berthing/unberthing time of vessel.
• Creation of water order and ensure it is duly supplied.
• Arrange with berthing contractor on the mooring gang for SW vessel.
• Supervise berthing/unberthing operations.
• Monitor the progress of cargo operations.
• Check on tenants’ operations to ensure compliance to SOP.
• Attend to complaints or feedback from tenants and queries by customers.
• Attend to receiving and delivery of cargo in the yard.
• Facilities management
• Carry out safety inspection, security, and environmental check.
• Handle accident or incident investigation and exceptions during the shift.
• Endorse and approve PSA temporary pass application, PTW.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently 
• Good communication skills
• Willing to perform 12 hours shift
