Job Duties:

Data

• Leads development of global procurement data track activities alongside Group Procurement, to build global and localized dashboards for Procurement systems and processes
• Evaluate use cases from data track and dashboards, to generate additional insights and opportunities for automation and procurement strategies

Process Improvement

• Robotic Process Automation – Leads and supports workstream automations in PSA Singapore
• Business process review – Leads and supports process improvement discussions and facilitates through digitalization, automation and AI

Sustainable Procurement

• Co-develop execution plans to implement sustainable procurement in PSA SG
• Supports through supplier surveys, evaluation, education and engagements

Due Diligence

• Co-develop execution plans to implement due diligence process in PSA SG and compare with global business units for synergies
• Leads program implementation

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Logistic, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong leadership, process affinity and communication skills.
• Change leadership mindset and high positive energy
• Experience with data management, dashboard development and process improvement
• Experience with E-Procurement systems, ideally Oracle Fusion will be considered favorably
• Competencies around automation and AI, with experiences in use case development
• Competencies around Sustainable Procurement and experiences in supplier engagement
