(Multiple positions available) The Ballmer Institute for Children’s Behavioral Health at the University of Oregon is seeking up to three doctoral-level Research Associate, Senior Research Associate I, or Senior Research Associate II – Implementation Support Specialist to help launch and scale the nation’s first undergraduate child behavioral health training model. As part of the new Catalyst Center for Youth Behavioral Health, these positions will help build a nationwide network of university-based programs designed to train thousands of bachelor’s-level behavioral health providers and expand access to early identification and prevention services for children and families. The Implementation Support Specialists will partner with universities and community stakeholders to support implementation of the Child Behavioral Health Training Program (CBH-TP) through implementation coaching, technical assistance, readiness assessment, stakeholder facilitation, and applied research and evaluation. The role will lead development of practical implementation toolkits, training resources, fidelity and quality-improvement tools, readiness assessments, and decision-support materials, translating behavioral health and implementation science research into resources that can be adapted across diverse settings.
