    The University of Oregon is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide essential administrative, operational, project, and event coordination support to senior leadership and organizational initiatives in Portland, Oregon. Reporting to the Senior Director and Chief of Staff, this role will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating complex meetings and schedules, managing communications, tracking action items, supporting projects, and serving as a central point of coordination for internal and external partners. The Operations Coordinator will also lead logistics for in-person national convenings and virtual learning groups, including registration, participant communications, travel and accommodations, vendor coordination, meeting technology, agendas, event materials, and post-event administration. In addition, the position will support up to three senior executives through calendar management, meeting and engagement coordination, travel planning, expense and procurement administration, and the thoughtful handling of confidential information. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, anticipating needs, solving problems, and creating seamless experiences for leaders, colleagues, partners, and event participants.
