    The Concessions Event Manager oversees and manages the day-to-day food and beverage operations of assigned University of Oregon Athletic Department sporting events, including pre-event set-up, working event, and post-event breakdown. This position will hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate up to 80 temporary part-time and student employees in order to meet customer service demands and ensure successful staffing of events.
