    The Custodian position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe and sanitary conditions in and around the Erb Memorial Union (EMU). Duties include sanitation of restrooms, floor and window care, cleaning of the building, dining areas and all surrounding grounds, emptying garbage, compost and recycling, assisting with general maintenance of facility, and providing excellent customer service to all EMU staff and visitors. The custodian will demonstrate and promote effective and respectful communication with staff, management, building users and other campus departments. The person in this position will exhibit appropriate behavior in the workplace, creating a respectful work environment. This position reports to the Custodial Services Manager and is part of the EMU's night shift, generally working 8:00pm-4:30AM Sunday through Thursday.

    The Associate Program Director for the Center for Student Involvement has primary responsibility for developing, leading, and maintaining advising and support services for all affiliated student organizations as they build a flourishing community and develop professional skills. Responsible services include but are not limited to facilitating new club creation, annual club renewal, advising student organization leaders, oversight of equipment checkout, management of facilities, development of risk mitigation strategies documents and training, and creating professional development curriculum for student organization leaders and potential leaders to grow transferable skills. In this role, the individual will have a high level of decision making that has the potential to impact campus wide and community audiences. The position is responsible for oversight of budget, implementation of contracts, and supervision staff. This position will hire, direct, schedule, evaluate, train, disciple, and manage the activities of officers of administration, classified staff, student employees, interns, and volunteers. The Associate Program Director is a staff member of the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) and reports to the CSI Program Director. Additionally, they will serve as a resource and active member of the Erb Memorial Union staff. This position serves as the program lead in the absence of the Program Director or at the request of the Program Director, and requires willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
