As a Cook 2, you’ll direct meal preparation, production, service, and cleanup; create daily prep lists; and complete end-of-shift documentation. You will also help guide and support lower-level cooks, food service workers, temporary staff, and student employees. Additional responsibilities include assisting with labor cost control through staffing analysis, supporting product ordering and receiving, participating in ongoing training efforts, and serving as the acting supervisor when the Manager is absent.
