University Health Services is seeking a dedicated, culturally responsive clinician to serve as the Senior Staff Therapist/Psychologist: Latine Student Specialist. This role provides short‑term therapy, crisis intervention, assessments, group therapy, outreach, and consultation to University of Oregon students while supporting both developmental and serious mental health needs. The position also supervises trainees, contributes to departmental initiatives, and leads prevention and education efforts. A central focus is delivering culturally informed care, outreach, and advocacy for Latine students, as well as undocumented students, students from mixed‑status families, and those in the DACA program.

The Ballmer Institute for Children’s Behavioral Health at the University of Oregon is seeking full-time Assistant, Associate, or Full Clinical Professors for our innovative undergraduate program preparing bachelor’s-level providers in evidence-based mental health care for children and adolescents. Clinical faculty members supervise applied practice for undergraduate students at community training sites (i.e., healthcare settings, schools) and teach didactic courses in the child behavioral health undergraduate major as well as in the graduate microcredential as aligned with their areas of professional, instructional, or research experience. Our program emphasizes evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral approaches to youth prevention and intervention. Competitive applicants will have experience and training in cognitive behavioral interventions and in supervising trainees in these approaches. The Esports Program provides an opportunity for students to get involved and encourages community, competition and career skill building through its various programs and services. The Esports Program Director is responsible for administrative oversight of the program, including budget, personnel, risk management, team practice and competitive activities for approximately six competitive teams. This position will have primary responsibility for all aspects of running an Esports program and Esports Lounge within the EMU. The position will provide primary day-to-day guidance, support, and counsel for the esports program grounded in best practices and principles of student development, and models of student leadership. This position will also represent the program across campus and the broader academic and gaming communities. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule. Work is reviewed regularly by the Senior Associate Director of the EMU.
