About the role
As a Business Analyst at #TeamMB, you’ll play a key role in transforming and optimising Legal and Shared Services processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—working alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You’ll leverage Lean principles and Agile methodologies to drive operational efficiency and enhance both client and employee experiences. Through stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and facilitation of workshops, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement and help design streamlined, future-ready solutions that deliver real impact.
The experience we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive professional with a solid foundation in process improvement and transformation. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in process analysis, mapping, and re-design, working within cross-functional teams on transformation programs.
- Strong working knowledge of process optimisation methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, with practical application in real-world settings.
- Proficiency in process modelling tools and best practices, including Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, including writing user stories and using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Exposure to process automation tools and technologies, with the ability to identify and support automation opportunities.
- Relevant professional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM) are desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across various levels of the organisation.
- A curious and improvement-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering quality outcomes and driving change.
