Harvey Norman Auburn Flagship Technology and Entertainment is looking for an ICT System Test Engineer to join our team based in Sydney NSW to deliver Great Service, Always!
This is a full time position, 38 hours per week. A competitive salary $60,000 - $80,000 + Super is on offer.
About the position This is a specialised role within the store requiring the applicant to source new corporate and commercial clients to set up network or networking devices, diagnosing and repairing them. The role will involve managing client accounts, installing the range of computer software, hardware and associated products, delivery and ensuring client satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Director.
The nature of this role requires high level engagement with Corporate/Commercial buyers and their Technology departments.
What we require:
· Bachelor’s degree required or minimum 2 years of work experience in the same or similar field
· Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar customer focused, successful retail business
· A high level of Computer, Technology and Entertainment product knowledge
· An excellent understanding of store software tools
· Ability to service your clients while managing work tasks around their needs
· Creating service tickets for any customers related issue like repair, replacement or DOA’s.
· Passion to help costumers and deal with suppliers
· Be an Australian citizen or be eligible to live and work in Australia.
