The Harvey Norman Online Marketplace Team is seeking a motivated Online Product Coordinator to join their team located in Homebush West.
About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Online Product Coordinator will play an integral role in the growth of the eCommerce business. This role provides great exposure to different segments of the market and an opportunity to learn more about eCommerce space.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure correct processes are in place to create products using our Magento platform eCommerce site.
Responsibilities:
- Load and launch products on the online store.
- Work with relevant product managers to identify copy and product description needs to ensure we are delivering high standard of content Online.
- Identify content needs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to source product images and product master data required to ensure visual presentation is kept at high standard.
- Manage, review and update merchandise for online products and ensure the categorisation, images, copy and pricing meet internal guidelines.
- To be proactive in identifying potential issues within the Online website and continuously finding and develop ways to improve on-boarding processes to work towards an efficient production structure.
- Work with online platforms including but not limited to Magento 2 and Microsoft Office.
- Oversee and coordinate operations with the overseas teams to ensure they are hitting their KPI’s daily.
- Take on extra projects and tasks as required by direct reports and ensure they are completed within required timeframes and to the expected quality.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the broader online team and managements on new products added.
What we require:
- Previous experience to eCommerce platform preferred – ideally to the Magento platform
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent Computer skills – including MS Excel. SAP skills preferable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to move quickly to keep up with the brand's demand
- Ability to work collaboratively and possess the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines.
