About the Role

As an Advertising Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the Computer departments section of Harvey Norman Advertising! This role assists the Computer’s merchant team with the traditional & digital advertising, along with all communications to stores, so we are looking for a competent and reliable person to join our team.

Some key tasks will include:

  • Coordinate traditional marketing material including press, radio & posters.
  • Coordinate digital marketing material such as EDM’s, interactive landing pages and social media campaigns
  • Assist with website maintenance activities.
  • Ensure all promotional pricing and ticketing for products are accurate and distributed to stores
  • Provide administrative support where required to ensure deadlines are met and company guidelines are met.

About You

We are looking for an organised professional who can work autonomously and in a team.

Some attributes we are looking for include:

  • Strong written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills
  • Quick learner with excellent organisational & administrative skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Beginner knowledge Adobe Photoshop/InDesign applications
  • Computer literate with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Experience within a large retail organisation, desirable
  • Knowledge and experience using a CMS
