The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager People Systems, the Superintendent Systems & Analytics Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of people reporting and analytics within the organisation. This role requires a robust understanding of HR technology solutions and people systems, alongside the ability to lead a small team and provide guidance on systems-related tasks and projects. 

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive People reporting and analytics to support HR functions and business decisions. 
  • Contribute to the enhancement of H technology solutions by efficiently gathering and analysing requirements, participating in system configuration and testing, and providing comprehensive education and training to end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to People Systems solutions. 
  • Enable end users through supporting knowledge transfer processes, ensuring effective utilisation of systems. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR partners, departmental leaders, and external vendors. 
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality support and services to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and foster positive working relationships. 
  • Conduct and facilitate strong requirement gathering with Process Owners, Functional Consultants, and Project Business Analysts including process mapping and clear documentation. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to People Systems team members and lead a small team of systems analysts. 
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on PowerBI dashboards created by the People Systems team to ensure accuracy and relevance. 

 

What is required

  • Strong experience in HRIS management or a similar HR systems role 
  • Demonstrates strong technical expertise and proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday). 
  • Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using PowerBI or equivalent BI tool. 
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports within HR technology solutions, ideally Spinifex and SuccessFactors Reporting 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Expertise in facilitating process mapping workshops and requirement gathering. 
  • Leadership capabilities with experience in managing small teams. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to provide QA on PowerBI dashboards. 
  • Experience with SQL, advanced Excel skills, or other data analysis tools.
