The Opportunity

In this position you will support the implementation of supply performance initiatives with a focus on analytics, optimisation, governance and compliance. You will use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities, automate reporting processes and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Reporting directly to the Manager - Sustainability and Analytics, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the Supply AI Strategy and roadmap, working with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality and visibility across Supply.

This position commences as a12 Month fixed-term contract, based on a Monday-Friday work roster, working out of our Osborne Park Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping and stakeholder engagement
  • Leverage analytics to support continuous improvement, strategic decision-making and supply performance optimisation
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Supply AI Strategy and roadmap
  • Work with stakeholders to identify AI, automation and innovation use cases across the Supply function
  • Provide analytical support for innovation initiatives, transformation projects and commercial reporting
  • Automate routine reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve speed to insight
  • Support Category Management with process queries relating to source-to-contract tools
  • Support data governance and quality assurance processes to ensure supply data remains accurate, compliant and fit for purpose

 

What is Required:

  • Tertiary Qualifications within Data Analytics, AI or a similar discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in Analytics, Supply, Transformation or related fields highly regarded
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations and procurement functions highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience using analytics to support business improvement and decision-making with developing AI-enabled workflows or automation solutions highly regarded
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills, with experience in data visualisation tools
  • Exposure to procurement systems such as Coupa, Pronto or D365
  • Proficiency with data analytics methodologies and AI-assisted tools such as Claude or n8n, including prompt engineering and output validation
  • Experience creating executive-level dashboards, visualisations and commercial reports
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build relationships across functions
