About the role

Our team delivers end-to-end recruitment across all MinRes locations, attracting high-quality talent to meet our business objectives and future growth plans. We partner with Hiring Leaders to identify, engage and secure the best talent in the market, offering strategic sourcing advice, labour market insights and proactive talent pools for hard-to-fill roles.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefings through to reference checks and qualification verification. You will also coordinate pre-employment requirements, deliver timely onboarding (including PPE and inductions), provide regular updates to managers, and maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.

We are now growing the team with two recruiters, one White Collar Recruiter and One Blue Collar Recruiter.

White Collar Recruiter

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and executives as a trusted advisor on workforce and hiring strategy
• Strong technical headhunting capability, including proactive sourcing, market mapping and direct approach to passive candidates
• Demonstrated success filling specialist, technical and corporate roles end to end
• Confidence in managing stakeholder expectations, influencing decisions and delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Blue Collar Recruiter

• Proven experience recruiting in Maintenance and Haulage (e.g. Fitters, Boilermakers, Electricians, Diesel Mechanics, MC Drivers)
• Ability to manage high-volume and time-critical hiring across multiple sites and rosters
• Strong understanding of trades qualifications, licensing and site-based workforce requirements
• A practical, responsive approach when working with operational hiring managers
