About the Role:

ISS Facility Services is seeking a determined candidate for the Workforce Planning Coordinator role to be based at Coffs Harbour office on a 12-month fixed term contract, with possible extension.

The role aims to support the Workforce Planning Manager and work together with the team on a project for one of our large cleaning contracts.

This role is suited for an individual experienced with managing timesheets/rosters and customer support skills, is able to work closely with the workforce team and uphold a ‘can do’ approach to all duties and task.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Be first point of contact for areas under your responsibility 
  • Support the Workforce Planning Manager with ad hoc tasks
  • Update and maintain baseline rosters 
  • Manage and assist with fortnightly pay closes
  • Maintain rosters, timesheets and other documentation in an accurate and timely manner
  • Interpret relevant Awards and Enterprise agreements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Industrial Agreements
  • Assist in continuous improvement projects
  • Process manual pays via rostering system as required
  • Assist with completion of Monthly and ad hoc reporting
  • Monitor employee reliability to shifts and report any unsatisfactory performance.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Experience in rostering/workforce planning
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Can do attitude and willing to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved where required.
  • Must have full work rights.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Customer Service experience highly favorable
  • Experience using Kronos (UKG)
  • Experience working on an hour's reconciliation project previously
  • Knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award 2020
