ISS Facility Services is looking for an inspirational Key Account leader to join the team in the Full-Time role of Contract Manager.   This role will be the senior manager responsible for a long-term strategic partnership with a key client in the manufacturing industry with industrial warehouses, and office spaces across Southwest Brisbane. Travel across site locations will be required from time to time.

What we are looking for:

Given the broad service delivery lines from cleaning, catering, security and reception, experience within the FM industry, with technical expertise across hard and soft services will be a key to success.  Alternatively, similar experience from an industrial, commercial or technical service industry, can be beneficial to make an impact from day one.

Other key experience and qualities required include

• Industry Qualifications or equivalent experience with a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Experience managing a multi-skilled, dedicated and customer service focused workforce
• Good understanding of compliance requirements of buildings

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across a matrix organisation
• Proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Ability to provide consistent service delivery and customer service in an environment requiring a flexible approach
• Energetic and passionate personality with a desire to lead by example
• Excellent commercial skills with sound understanding of Financial/Budget knowledge and processes

• High level operational management skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel intrastate on a regular basis, with interstate travel required from time to time

The successful candidate for this role will also need to pass an Australian National Police Check.
