We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting and Data Analyst to drive continuous improvement and foster an infinite mindset by supporting the team in finding effective solutions and automations for manual reporting tasks. The successful candidate will support consistency for the operational processes in the use & management of data within Facility Management Services across all regions for the client and segment.

This role would be based out of the ISS Corporate Office in the Melbourne CBD.  This would be a 6 month fixed term contract.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Global consistency in operational processes to the management of task-based data within FMS across all regions for the client
• Data standards, best practices and data quality assurance, to increase efficiency in data and information handling
• Identify automation opportunities
• Identify and raise performance issues at the right level
• Support continuous improvement in the FMS systems to support:
• Work Task management
• Process Governance
• Consistent Financial visibility
• Performance Management
• System Development & Innovation

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with Tableau and PowerBI
• Strong interpretative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to collate, assess & present data
• Must be able to lead and effectively engage with various stakeholders, reviewing their data or business process and advising how it can be used effectively
• Training and facilitation skills, including leading workshops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in process mapping and process design
• High initiative and drive for improvement.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong statistical understanding
• Solid working knowledge of data cleaning and transformation
• Ability to collate, analyse, report and communicate data insights
• Demonstrate a strong analytical mind-set
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of Facility Management
