We are currently inviting expressions of interest from experienced and motivated Utilities, Bar Staff, Chefs and Cleaners to work across a range of Defence sites located in the Perth CBD (north of the river).

Opportunities are available on a casual, part-time and full-time basis, with flexible rosters to suit your availability.

Available Positions

• Cleaning Staff – Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic facilities.
• Chefs – Support kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and outstanding service.
• Utilities and Bar Staff - Support meal preparation, service, bar service and kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and outstanding service.

About You:

We’re looking for people who:
✅ Take pride in their work and attention to detail
✅ Work well both independently and as part of a team
✅ Have good communication and time management skills
✅ Are reliable, professional, and positive in attitude

(Previous experience in cleaning, catering, or housekeeping is an advantage but not essential — full training is provided!)

Minimum Requirements

• Australian Citizenship
• Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
• Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance (including Drug & Alcohol testing)
• Relevant trade qualifications (where applicable)
• Defence or military experience – highly desirable
