We are seeking an experienced and people‑focused Client Services Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of cleaning services across our banking contract within a designated region of Queensland.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment, builds strong relationships, and leads teams with confidence, clarity, and care.
About the Role
The Client Services Manager is responsible for ensuring cleaning services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with contractual, legislative, and ISS business requirements. You will be the key point of contact for clients and frontline teams, ensuring service excellence and a positive workplace culture.
Success in this role comes from strong communication, proactive problem‑solving, and a commitment to high‑quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cleaning services to meet contractual obligations and customer expectations.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients, frontline teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead, support, and mentor cleaning teams, fostering a safe, collaborative, and high‑performing environment.
- Support the coordination of team activities, ensuring alignment with KPIs, service levels, and HSE requirements.
- Manage leave, staffing levels, and roster coverage to meet client needs within budget constraints.
