We’re looking for a passionate Cleaning Products Manager, to be based out of either our Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney Corporate Offices, employed on a Full-Time basis.

 

🛠 Purpose and Responsibilities

The primary aim is to enhance cleaning efficiency and cost-effectiveness by optimizing products, tools, methods, and performance measurement.  In short, making cleaning faster, better and more consistent across sites.

 

The Cleaning Products Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the cleaning products strategy that supports operational objectives and performance of cleaning products across all contracts.  The role ensures that cleaning solutions are effective, sustainable, cost-efficient, and aligned with company standards and client requirements.  The position also drives innovation in cleaning products, methods and technologies to improve quality, productivity and sustainability.  This role enables operational excellence by providing safe, efficient, and innovative cleaning solutions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and exceeding client expectations.

  • Leverage global cleaning solutions (tech and process) and play a direct role in the implementation of these solutions and measurement of the benefits.
  • Assist with driving contract optimization through the deployment of the Productivity Index - using data to set ambition, priortisiation and direction.
  • Assist , along with Procurement the assessment of the best products to ensure we deliver the best standard of cleaning in all markets with preferred suppliers
  • Provide input into training materials for onboarding and training of cleaning employees and managers (i.e. e-learning, videos, and guides)
  • Support business with the mobilisation of new contracts
  • Lead by example in driving a safety first, inclusive and diverse culture at all times
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Drive product innovation and introduce new solutions to improve cleaning outcomes and sustainability.
  • Deliver ISS training programs for staff on correct and safe use of cleaning products

 What You’ll Bring

  • 7-10 years experience in cleaning services or facilities management
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and technologies, including eco-friendly and sustainable solutions.
  • Experience managing suppliers, budgets, and operational performance metrics.
  • Analyse productivity data, performance metrics to drive performance
  • Effective use of performance dashboards and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning, organizing and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
