Our team is growing and we are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Manager, Systems & Business Intelligence – Aviation based at one of our offices nationally.
The Manager, Systems & Business Intelligence – Aviation oversees the design, management, and optimisation of all third‑party and internal systems that support Aviation training, compliance, auditing, rostering, and workforce management.
You will lead a dedicated team of systems and data professionals, drive innovation (including adoption of AI/ML technologies), and partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Aviation operations run efficiently, compliantly, and in line with ISS quality standards.
The Position:
- Lead all Aviation third‑party systems used for training, auditing, compliance and workforce management.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure systems meet contractual, operational and quality requirements.
- Oversee Aviation’s business intelligence function, including data collection, dashboards, reporting and trend analysis.
- Drive digital transformation, including e‑forms, automation, AI and machine learning opportunities.
- Lead Aviation rostering and forecasting systems, acting as SME for workforce management modelling to support bids and retenders.
- Manage and develop the Aviation Systems & BI team, fostering growth, capability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with IT, People & Culture, Commercial, Finance and operational leadership to achieve Aviation priorities.
- Represent Aviation in data governance and systems forums.
- Deliver accurate reporting, monitor capability risks and support safe work practices in line with ISS policies.

About You:
- Proven leadership in managing complex systems and platform integrations.
- Experience in aviation security, security screening or highly regulated environments.
- Advanced analytical, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong digital literacy and experience managing large datasets and performance insights.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data, Mathematics or a related field.
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Strong capability in data integration, coding and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
