About the role
You will be the analytical engine behind a major Food & Beverage improvement program — ensuring the full lifecycle of food products is understood, measured, and optimised. Your work will directly influence service delivery, cost performance, customer experience, and continuous improvement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Problem Identification & Analysis

Engage with stakeholders to understand catering and F&B challenges, constraints, and opportunities.

Analyse operational, commercial, and performance data to uncover trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Measurement & Insight
-
Define meaningful KPIs and performance measures for F&B operations.

Develop clear, actionable reporting and dashboards to support decision‑making and operational visibility.
Solution Design & Improvement
-
Co‑design process, system, and reporting solutions with business and technical teams.

Identify automation and optimisation opportunities within catering operations.

Support implementation and embed continuous improvement practices across the portfolio.
What You Bring
-
Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to collate, assess, and present data clearly.

Experience leading workshops, facilitating discussions, and engaging diverse stakeholders.

Proven capability in business process mapping and process design.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
High initiative, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
-
Experience working in operational, commercial, or service‑driven environments (F&B or facility services experience highly regarded).
