We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Process Analyst to be based in either our Melbourne CBD or Macquarie Park (Sydney) ISS Corporate offices on a 7 month fixed term contract.
The Business Process Analyst is accountable for the end‑to‑end documentation, review, standardisation, and continuous improvement of work task management business processes. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive training and enablement materials and leading the consistent deployment of standardised work task management practices across the Pacific region, ensuring alignment with governance, system controls, and operational best practice.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Document, review, and maintain standardised work task management business processes across the Pacific region.
- Define and embed consistent, best‑practice process standards to support operational efficiency and compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and update training packs and process documentation to support effective process adoption.
- Lead the deployment and rollout of standard work task management processes across regional contracts.
- Support change adoption by working with operational and business stakeholders to embed new processes.
- Ensure processes align with system controls, governance requirements, and audit standards.
- Monitor process effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert for work task management processes, providing guidance and support as required.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpretative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to collate, assess & present data
- Must be able to lead and effectively engage with various stakeholders, reviewing their data or business process and advising how it can be used effectively
- Training and facilitation skills, including leading workshops.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in process mapping and process design
- High initiative and drive for improvement.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Compliance requirement - Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance
