The Opportunity:
We're hiring FIFO (Fly In / Fly Out) Bus Drivers from Perth and surrounding suburbs on a full-time 14 days on, 7 days off roster at our site in regional Western Australia.
You Will Be Responsible For:
In this varied role, you will be responsible for safely transporting village residents to and from site locations and the airport, conducting daily vehicle pre-start inspections, and supporting a range of village operations during non-driving periods. This is a hands-on position that requires flexibility and a willingness to assist across multiple departments to ensure the smooth running of the village.
When not driving, you will contribute to housekeeping, grounds maintenance and stores activities, including cleaning resident accommodation and village facilities, replenishing room supplies, waste removal, floor care, and maintaining high cleanliness standards across the site. You will also assist with general grounds maintenance, including mowing, weeding, spraying, grounds cleaning and operating equipment such as lawn mowers, whipper snippers and hedge trimmers.

- Competitive Annual Wage – $95,000 - $100,000 plus super

To Be Considered:
- WA HR driver’s license essential
- Passenger Transport Drivers Authorisation essential
- Coach Passenger Bus VOC essential
- Ability and flexibility to work in any department, as required
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Police Clearance less than 12 months old
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude to work
- Must be able to fly from Perth on a 2&1 roster
