We are seeking Expressions of Interest from skilled planners and coordinators for an upcoming opportunity supporting a national facilities portfolio. This role ensures the delivery of a compliant, reliable, and strategically aligned Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) program. 

As the Asset Planning & Scheduling Specialist, you will manage the 52week rolling PPM planner, coordinate maintenance activities, and maintain accurate asset data across the portfolio. 

 The Position:

    • Own and manage the 52week rolling PPM schedule 

    • Plan, allocate, and release planned maintenance tasks 

    • Maintain asset data, additions/removals, and condition updates within the CMMS 

    • Coordinate with Facility Managers, contractors, and operational teams 

    • Analyse PPM performance, backlog, and compliance metrics 

    • Support continuous improvement and quality management initiatives

  • What You Bring 

    • Experience in asset planning, scheduling, or technical facilities management 

    • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and understanding of compliance requirements 

    • Ability to manage complex schedules and stakeholder expectations 

    • Strong communication, organisation, and problemsolving skills 

    • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment
