Current Career Opportunities

🍽️ Hospitality & Catering – Utilities and Bar Attendants

Help deliver quality dining and hospitality experiences to Defence personnel.

• Assist with food preparation, meal service and dining operations

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Support dining rooms, functions and bar services

• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Restock supplies and assist with daily operations

🧹 Cleaning, Housekeeping & Accommodation Services

Play an important role in creating safe, clean and comfortable environments where Defence personnel live and work.

• Clean and maintain accommodation, offices, bathrooms and communal areas

• Perform housekeeping, laundry and linen duties

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation

• Assist with accommodation services and guest enquiries where required

• Work independently or as part of a supportive team

🏊 Fitness & Recreation – Lifeguards and Gym Instructors

Support the health, fitness and wellbeing of Defence personnel.

• Supervise aquatic and fitness facilities

• Maintain safe, clean and welcoming environments

• Assist with fitness and recreation activities

• Promote health and wellbeing

• Deliver excellent customer service

Relevant qualifications and certifications are required.

🚐 Transport Services – Drivers

Help keep Defence personnel moving safely and efficiently.

• Transport Defence personnel between designated locations

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational standards

• Follow transport schedules and site safety procedures

• Provide reliable and professional customer service

Appropriate licences and accreditations are required.

Previous experience is highly regarded but not essential for entry-level positions. Training and support are provided for suitable candidates.

Essential Requirements

As these roles are based within Defence environments, applicants must:

• Be an Australian Citizen (mandatory)

• Be able to obtain and maintain the required Defence security clearance

• Hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one

• Be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, where required

• Hold relevant licences, qualifications or certifications for specialised roles

• Meet Defence site access and security requirements

Previous Defence or military experience is highly regarded but not essential.
