The Opportunity:
 
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead and oversee large-scale village hospitality operations within one of the largest Iron Ore Villages in the Pilbara.
 
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest food safety and operational standards, and developing high-performing teams. Working on a FIFO 4:3 roster from Perth Airport, you will play a critical role in leading multiple hospitality outlets operating 24/7, including retail, tavern, café, catering, and food service operations.

About the Role:
 
Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and continuous improvement of hospitality services across the site. You will ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with food safety, financial, operational, and contractual requirements.
Working closely with operational and support teams, you will drive excellence across food production, menu development, workforce planning, stock management, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all hospitality operations across multiple food and beverage outlets, retail services, tavern facilities, cafés, and catering operations
  • Drive a strong culture of safety, food safety, customer service excellence, and operational compliance
  • Manage large hospitality teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and leadership to build engagement and high performance
  • Develop and implement innovative menus and food concepts that enhance guest experience and meet client expectations
  • Oversee end-to-end stock management, procurement, inventory control, and waste reduction initiatives
  • Manage operational budgets, labour costs, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyse operational data, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, legislative requirements, and company policies and procedures
  • Manage workforce planning, roster development, and labour utilisation across a 24/7 operational environment
  • Utilise POS systems and commercial reporting tools to support effective decision-making and business performance
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site leadership teams
  • Lead service delivery improvements that enhance productivity, profitability, and guest satisfaction outcomes
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that attracts, develops, and retains talent
About You:
 
You are a highly motivated hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced operational environments. You have a passion for delivering exceptional service, developing people, and driving business results.
You will bring:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior hospitality management role
  • Previous FIFO or remote-site hospitality leadership experience
  • Extensive food and beverage operational experience within high-volume environments
  • Commercial Cookery qualification and strong fine dining experience
  • Demonstrated experience in menu design, product development, and food innovation
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practice standards
  • Proven experience managing large teams across multiple hospitality departments
  • Strong financial, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial management skills
  • Experience with POS systems, reporting platforms, and operational analytics
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to inspire teams, drive engagement, and create a culture of accountability and excellence
Additional Requirements:
  • Approved Manager certification
  • Current RSA certification
  • Unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work a FIFO 4:3 roster from Perth Airport
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and background checks
