👨‍🍳 Line Chefs

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will:

• Deliver high-quality meals across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner services
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, Contribute to exceptional dining experiences.
• Support a professional and collaborative kitchen environment
• Previous experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher)
• Relevant trade qualifications

👨‍🍳 Head Chefs & Sous Chefs

Lead and support kitchen operations by:

• Managing meal preparation and food service delivery
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensuring food safety compliance
• Mentoring and leading kitchen teams
• Driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence

🍽 Catering & Utilities

Utilities / Utilities Bar

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with food preparation
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Waiting tables in dining and function environments
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Cleaning dining facilities and common areas
• Restocking supplies and supporting daily operations

🧹 Cleaning, Housekeeping & Reservations

Cleaners & Housekeeping Staff

You will:

• Clean accommodation, offices, and communal areas
• Maintain safe, hygienic, and welcoming environments
• Service accommodation rooms
• Perform laundry and linen duties
• Support guest services and reservations
• Work as part of a supportive site-based team

🏊 Fitness & Recreation

Qualified Lifeguards

We are seeking experienced and qualified Lifeguards to:

• Supervise aquatic facilities and ensure patron safety
• Support Defence health and wellbeing programs
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Gym Attendants / Gym Instructors

In this role you will:

• Support the daily operation of Defence fitness facilities
• Assist gym users and Defence personnel
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented equipment and facilities
• Promote health and wellbeing initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer service

🚐 Drivers

Responsibilities include:

• Safely transporting Defence personnel across site
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections and safety checks
• Delivering professional customer service
• Maintaining vehicles to operational standards

About You

We're looking for people who:

• Take pride in their work and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are reliable, flexible and safety focused
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Can work across rotating rosters where required

Previous experience is welcomed, but for many roles full training is provided.

Minimum Requirements

• Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Clearance
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening
• Relevant licences or qualifications where applicable
• Defence or military experience is highly regarded but not essential
