Cleaning positions:

• Cleaning of sites as varied as Retail Shopping Centers, Universities, Schools, Parklands and Public Buildings.
• Cleaning of all public internal areas; bathrooms, kitchens and common rooms.
• Cleaning of external areas - roads and walkways using high pressure washers and road sweepers.
• Stocking of supplies and ordering as necessary
• Requires self motivation and integrity to work autonomously
• Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
• Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Grounds positions:

General works and maintenance programs e.g. Maintaining the gardens by undertaking general gardening duties such as:

• Weeding, mulching, planting, mowing, clipping and hedging plants, grounds cleaning and sweeping.
• Removal and replacement of plants
• Applying fertilisers and other chemical as per WHS requirements 
• Watering plants, top soiling and removing raking leaves. 
• Irrigation maintenance 
• Waste and landfill duties as required and directed by management.
• Ensuring that works programs are maintained to the level as set per contract specifications.
• Ordering stock and maintain small machinery.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for grounds and gardens

What You Need:

• Ability to provide/willingness to obtain a National Police Check (less than 12 months old)
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Previous cleaning and/or grounds experience desired, willingness to learn essential
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
