PARALEGAL - BAKER MCKENZIE HONG KONG OFFICE - REAL ESTATE GROUP

Responsibilities:

• To provide lawyers with paralegal support on transactional, advisory and due diligence legal works
• To assist with Chinese/English legal and commercial translation
• To assist with HK and/or PRC legal research
• To assist with private law practice administrative matters

Candidate profile / attributes:

• LLB graduate or Part-time PCLL student
• Good legal analytical skills and good English and Chinese legal writing ability
• Meticulous and good at getting things done efficiently
• Living/working experience in Mainland China an advantage
