Key Responsibilities

• Handling first hand residential sale compliance
• Experience in DMC drafting and applications for DMC approvals
• Project conveyancing including application for consent to pre-sale

Requirements:

• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage
• Good drafting skill is essential, ability to draft in Chinese would be an advantage
