Role purpose

To implement lateral partner recruitment processes and to work closely with the JAO Recruitment Committee to deliver against the JAO partner recruitment strategy.

Main responsibilities

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Execute lateral partner recruitment activities including arranging for partners to brief agencies, stakeholder management, working with Business Managers to document business cases, working with Finance to prepare candidate proposals, financial projections, supervising panel interview arrangements
  • Timely and accurate reporting of all the JAO region's recruitment activities at JAO and global levels
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop opportunity profiles and defining and executing sourcing plans.
  • Support the PG Business Managers in the onboarding of lateral partner hires
  • Working with the management support team to facilitate lateral partner voting and approvals processes for partner-level hires in JAO

 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective coordination with the Manila service centre team across all service requests to ensure support is seamless, processes are streamlined and efficient and they provide high-level candidate experience
  • Ensure that all partner recruitment processes and communications support the Firm’s brand and that the Firm provides a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process
  • Work with the JAO Talent Managers to ensure the Firm has fee agreements in place with all search firms using preferred supplier agreements where possible; work closely with the Director of Talent Management, JAO to ensure best practice and agree the best possible terms with the Firm's recruitment suppliers

Travel requirements

This role may require occasional travel within JAO.
