We are seeking a Payroll Executive to manage monthly payroll for three entities with approximately 350 employees, including CPF submissions. The role involves preparing and analyzing payroll reports, assisting with annual salary reviews and bonus processes, and handling employee income tax filings (IR8E and IR21).
Additionally, the Payroll Executive will process claims for childcare, maternity, National Service, Skill Development Levy etc., complete government surveys, conduct compensation analysis, and address related matters.
The responsibilities also include managing corporate credit card issuance and termination, ensuring statutory reporting on payroll-related items such as annual leave and bonus accruals, and supporting the transition to new payroll software.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll management, strong analytical and reporting skills, familiarity with local tax and employment regulations, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, analytical thinking, cooperation, initiative, dependability, independence, and good communication skills (both written and verbal).
