Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Clerk with a focus on aviation law to join our Finance & Projects team.  The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of aviation-related legal matters, including regulatory compliance, contracts, and litigation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on aviation regulations, case law, and industry standards to support ongoing legal matters
• Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
• Prepare drafts of legal documents and correspondence
• Assist in the preparation of discovery materials, trial exhibits, and witness lists for aviation-related litigation
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain case files for ongoing matters

Qualifications

• Experience in a legal environment, preferably with a focus on aviation law or regulatory matters
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry practices is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
