SCA's Regional Employee Referral Program welcomes our employees to refer their friends, family, and connections to open permanent vacancies across SCA's regional office network.

What's more, we are offering a $2,000* bonus to employees when a referral results in a successful hire. How good is that? Note that eligible roles are all vacant permanent positions outside a metropolitan office (i.e. positions in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide are excluded).

If you wish to refer a candidate to an open position, please apply to this portal on the candidate's behalf. You will be asked to confirm the below in a brief response:

• What is your relationship is with the candidate
• Why you feel the candidate is a great fit for SCA
• A summary of their relevant skills and experience 

As per the policy, we also encourage employees to consider the below when referring a candidate:

• The candidate must give permission for you to refer them, prior to doing so
• The referral should be in response to a currently advertised vacancy within regional

Once you have successfully submitted your referral through the portal, please send a note to the Talent Acquisition team to confirm your referral by emailing careers@sca.com.au. 

The Talent Acquisition team or relevant Hiring Manager will assess the referred candidate in alignment with the Recruitment & Selection process, and will provide you with feedback on the progress of the referral within due course.
