About the Team & Office

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Guru to join our high-performing Triple M content team, working across two of our biggest shows—Drive with Jarch & Lu and Rush Hour.

You'll be based in our Sydney office, located in the heart of vibrant World Square, in a buzzing, collaborative environment where top-tier talent and content come together to create something great every day.

A day in the life?

As our newest Social Media Content Producer, you'll be responsible for supercharging our digital presence across Triple M Drive and Rush Hour.

You’ll create scroll-stopping content that captures the vibe of our shows, connects with our audience, and keeps them coming back for more. Think laugh-out-loud moments, behind-the-scenes gold, and must-watch videos—all wrapped up in the unmistakable Triple M tone.

You’ll be part of a high-energy team bringing big ideas to life and making sure our digital game is as strong as our on-air one.

What you'll be doing:
🎙️ Create, curate and post epic content across Triple M socials—from TikTok to Instagram to Facebook and more
🎥 Turn radio gold into visual magic with videos, memes, audio grabs, blog posts and more
📅 Plan and publish daily content that keeps the momentum going and drives engagement
🛠️ Use tools like Photoshop, Premiere, and our CMS to produce slick, on-brand content
🤝 Work closely with producers, talent and content leads to make sure the online buzz matches the on-air hype
⚡ Stay ahead of digital trends and jump on the moments that matter to our audience

Experience we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in producing social media content for either online, social media platforms, YouTube or other
• Advanced knowledge of best practice of production techniques including new media usability principals and deliver content to correct specifications
• Ability to produce, write, edit and post produce audio visual content for digital channels
• Experience in using industry standard audio and or video editing tools including audio editing software (Adobe Audition) and Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Experience in web publishing including using Photoshop and HTML is desirable.
• Understanding of web-based tools and experience using content management systems (CMS)
• Experience in using Apple Mac devices iOS associated operating systems as well as experience or an understanding of android and associated operating systems
• An understanding of legal compliance across all elements of social media as well as contesting and associated laws.
