Join our SCA Brisbane Sales team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do.
What does your day to day look like?
- Deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions by understanding client needs, presenting with a total audio focus, and taking a proactive approach to maximize revenue through strategic selling.
- Drive new business growth by consistently prospecting for opportunities, identifying client marketing challenges, and developing solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of agency clients across broadcast and digital channels, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and market share goals.
- Maintain strong relationships and account management by setting clear goals for key accounts, providing accurate sales forecasts, and staying aligned with Customer Focused Selling principles.
- Demonstrate strong industry expertise and personal accountability through continuous learning, effective time management, and engaging clients both during and outside of business hours.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and new business development, with 2–3 years of consistent, results-driven performance in generating and growing client accounts.
- Skilled in identifying client needs and crafting tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry, to deliver mutual value and long-term success.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a strong track record of engaging stakeholders and maximizing value for both clients and the business.
- Highly motivated and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and build strong interpersonal relationships.
