A Day in the Life?
As an Account Coordinator/Receptionist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and providing an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be the friendly face of the office — managing reception duties, answering calls, welcoming guests, and supporting a range of administration, sales, and campaign-related tasks. From preparing schedules and campaign reports, to managing creative approvals, air checks, and office tasks, this role is ideal for a highly organised, adaptable team player with a strong customer focus.

What You’ll Need

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• A collaborative, flexible approach with a willingness to pitch in and help where needed.
