JOB SUMMARY
The College of Human Development, Culture, and Media seeks Federally Funded work-study student to assist and support team needs in the various areas of the College for Academic Year 2025-26.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations within an office setting. Duties include sorting and distributing mail, greeting office visitors, assistance with office restocking supplies, and organizing files. Updating Excel spreadsheets, assistance with campus event preparations, and other duties assigned.
Staffing will be needed between the hours of 8:45am-4:45pm, Monday-Friday.

YES -- Federal Work Study eligibility required (check your 2025/26 Financial Aid Award Offer)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Up to date in Microsoft Office Suite programs (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Cordial and respectful demeanor, with a strong ability to interact effectively with all levels of the University community. Detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual. Ability to work independently on project-based work. A high level of confidentiality is required.
Federal Work Study (FWS) eligibility is required and is conditional on receiving Federal Study Award for 2025-26.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of business office
