Peer Academic Success Coaches play a crucial role in fostering student success by providing one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and academic support.

Candidates should demonstrate (i) scholarly promise, (ii) the ability or potential to be an outstanding teacher and mentor who can prepare students for the practice of law, and (iii) leadership in service toward building an equitable and diverse academic community. We will consider entry-level and lateral candidates. We have particular teaching needs in tax law.

    • Lecturer and Laboratory Coordinator - Department of Physics in South Orange

      The Department of Physics at Seton Hall University invites applications to fill a Lecturer and Laboratory Coordinator position beginning the Fall 2026 semester. A Ph.D. in Physics or related field is required. The candidate is expected to teach all levels of Physics courses and to have experience in development, maintenance and coordination of introductory and advanced Physics Laboratories. We seek a candidate who demonstrates excellence in teaching lectures and laboratory courses at all levels, especially to students of diverse backgrounds.     • Public Safety Officer in South Orange

      The Public Safety officer’s primary purpose is to protect life and property. This is accomplished through a variety of tasks including: preventive patrol, reporting suspicious persons/activities, reporting unsafe conditions, providing transportation to students and the enforcement of University’s rules and regulations. Regulate pedestrian and vehicular traffic and provide a security presence for dignitary visits, special events, and sporting events. They complete written reports on all security related matters and provide information and assistance to students, staff and the general public. Finally, they assist South Orange Police, Fire, and Rescue Squad when necessary or as required.
