Assistant Dean of Academic Partnerships and Innovation in South Orange
The full-time Assistant Dean of Academic Partnerships and Innovation is a senior administrative role responsible for developing, managing, and sustaining strategic educational, community, and industry partnerships that advance Seton Hall University's College of Human Development, Culture, and Media 's mission, student opportunities, and reputation. Reporting to the Dean, the Assistant Dean leads initiatives to strengthen recruitment and enrollment pipelines, expand clinical, internship, and experiential learning opportunities, support high-profile initiatives that enhance visibility and provide one-of-a-kind experiences that differentiate the CHDCM, and accreditation readiness. The position collaborates closely with campus partners including Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Affairs, University Advancement, faculty, and external partners to identify and align partnership activities with institutional strategic priorities, accreditation standards, and mentorship efforts, while serving as a key liaison who articulates the College’s vision and fosters mutually beneficial relationships.

The Office of Fieldwork and Certification, within the College of Human Development, Culture and Media (CHDCM) at Seton Hall University, invites applications for Clinical Intern Supervisors. The Clinical Supervisor of pre-clinical and clinical interns is an important member of the clinical experience triad as an official representative of the university who directly supervises the teacher candidate. The clinical supervisor serves as a liaison between CHDCM and cooperating school personnel. The clinical supervisor aids in the education of teacher candidate by making sure that they are a thoughtful learner, leader, and community member. The Office seeks student-centered individuals who value excellence in teaching and commit to diversity, equity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Academic Advisor in Interprofessional Health Sciences
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Student Success and Assessment, academic advisors for the College of Nursing (CON) provide comprehensive academic advisement for pre-licensure students in the CON. Advisors provide critical support in the form of curricular guidance, academic counseling, resource referral and more as nursing students navigate the CON’s rigorous BSN program. CON academic advisors help students to understand and meet the academic standards of the program; their proactive support helps students respond to challenges and make use of the many resources available to foster success in the program and beyond. CON academic advisors are a critical component of a nursing student’s success and a vital part of the CON team.
