The Role:
Reporting to the Head Coach, you will help to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience as efficiently and effectively as possible, with a specific focus on Sales & Visual Merchandising.

Your day will be filled with leading from the front, coaching on the run and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ retail experience, including proven visual merchandising experience
• Store leadership or key holder experience, working with a team to succeed, advantageous 
• Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
• Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
• CARE for our customers, care for your team and care for the business
