  • Drive transformational change; this role will see you collaborating on a range of projects to embed People & Culture initiatives into operations and ensure success and sustainability of new practices
  • Be the trusted partner and advisor to your key stakeholders with an adaptable style that builds strong and trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Facilitate workshops, training and education to home-based employees at all levels in a creative, and interactive way that makes learning fun.

The traits that will help you succeed

  • Your energy and your passionate and caring nature
  • Demonstrated application of partnering skills in a P&C/HR Business Partner role and experience working in a shared service model
  • Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing leaders to create thriving workplace cultures and build autonomy in people leadership
  • Ability to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders
