Position Summary

Instructional responsibilities include teaching AT 291 Introduction to Agroforestry (3 credits) for the Institute of Agricultural Technology during starting Fall 2025 semester. The course will be delivered online asynchronously for 15 weeks of instruction. Emphasis is on the history, practices, principles, and global applications of agroforestry.

This position is planned to recur every Fall Semester.

Bachelors -Agroforestry

Desired Degree

Masters -Agriculture, Forestry or Related Fields

Minimum Requirements

  • Three years of relevant professional experience in Agroforestry.
  • Experience with the design and implementation of Agroforestry systems.
  • Knowledge and skills related to Agroforestry practices.
  • Excellent teaching, oral and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • B.S in Biology, Agriculture, Forestry, or related fields
  • Master’s degree in agriculture, Forestry or related fields
  • Experience in development and assessment of learning outcomes
  • Teaching experience and a passion for teaching
