What does the job look like?

As a Field Manager, you will provide supervision and management to the team ensuring quality service delivery in line with customer contractual requirements, processes, safe working practices and compliance. You will work closely with the Territory Manager to structure rosters and zones that will ultimately improve productivity and SLA achievement in the region. Key areas:

• Coaching and leading your team to success
• Coordinate technical support
• Managing all escalations both internally and with clientele
• Reporting and analyzing teams' performance including identifying training
• Continuous improvement to systems and processes 
• Responsible for team budget

Your previous experience in this area makes you a true subject matter expert. Your energy and passion for team collaboration and excellence are infectious. You are an excellent communicator, someone that listens and responds well. You can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a leadership position working to Service Level Agreements
• Solution orientated attitude
• Natural flair to build relationships and influence outcomes
• Intermediate excel skills
• An excellent attitude with a desire to lead, coach and develop others
