What does the job look like?

Within our ITS (Integrated Technology Services) Business Unit, we have a whole team of experienced technicians, ready to take you through an easy, hands-on program, learning how to repair ATMs. This role will focus on refurbishment of ATMs, IDMs and retail equipment to "as new" condition to meet customer and ITS QA/Maintenance lifecycle standards. Key areas:

• Refurbishment of used ATMs or similar equipment to near new condition
• Repair of specific ATM or similar equipment modules (parts) as required (to the same standard as the ITS Repair Centre) 
• Inspection and assessment of any parts needing replacement  
• Ensuring all electronic completion activities are followed and completed in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner in accordance with established protocols
• Completion of end-to-end diagnostics and rectification of any faults/errors etc
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
