Our Energy team is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Project Officer to drive impactful project management across business, government, and household sectors. With a focus on innovative development of energy programs to ensure sustainability and value for public spending.

 

About The Role

In this dynamic role, you will lead the design and development of programs that align with government priorities, crafting business cases and project plans while ensuring effective governance and resource allocation.

You'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing delivery to achieve outcomes on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards. Your expertise in monitoring and evaluation will drive evidence-based improvements, and you'll build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation. You will also provide strategic advice on emerging issues, guiding the successful execution of programs in line with established goals and priorities.

 

About You

You will be an experienced Senior Project Officer who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ideally you will have a background from Government or Energy, with a proven track record in achieving program objectives while managing a range of priorities.

You will excel in building effective stakeholder relationships to support collaboration, problem solving and identifying process improvements.

 

Essential Requirements

 Demonstrated expertise in engaging stakeholders to drive action and achieve results, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
