Our dynamic Risk and Resilience team is looking for a skilled Senior Risk Officer to join us in guiding risk management for our complex and diverse organization. In this vital role, you will provide strategic direction to management on implementing our Risk Management Framework and collaborate closely with DPHI stakeholders and programs, delivering expert advice to support effective risk navigation and optimal control environments. Your efforts will enhance our risk management systems and processes, contributing to our mission of creating vibrant, productive spaces and affordable housing for communities.

 

As a Senior Risk Officer, you will also oversee risk assessments, drive continuous improvement, lead risk awareness and training initiatives, facilitate workshops, and support enterprise risk reporting. Your contributions will ensure consistency and quality in risk practices within the DPHI Cluster.

What you will bring to the role

 

  • Ability to provide accurate and fit-for-purpose advice regarding control management and risk mitigation activities.
  • Expertise in maintaining contemporary and high-quality risk and resilience practices within a complex organizational environment.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and can effectively partner with stakeholders across a diverse portfolio.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to implement effective risk management frameworks and processes.

 

Essential requirement:

Qualifications in governance, risk management or related disciplines; or equivalent experience.
